Avocado smoothie was sooooo thick you would actually need a spoon instead of a straw to enjoy it. So fresh and awesome!

A very spacious cafe inside the Independence Palace, in the middle of a garden with big trees, green grasses and fresh air. Good location for enjoying a Sunday morning combined with explorer the Palace. Good coffee. The price is for the tourist standard.

I visited Cafe 30/4 in Ho Chi Minh City while visiting the Independence Palace and had a pleasant experience. The cafe itself was cozy and intimate, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the coolers were good, bringing us the much needed relief from the scorching heat of HCM City.

After doing all the walking inside the Independence Palace and the Exhibition Hall (the former Norodom Palace), this café right beside it really feels like a much-needed break spot. By the time you step out of those buildings, you’re tired, and this place gives you a chance to just sit, breathe, and relax. The café has open seating, which is actually one of the best things about it. There’s fresh air, shade, and you don’t feel trapped inside four walls. The setting is peaceful and blends really well with the surroundings. Seating is usually available. They don’t have much options to eat but sufficient in beverages.

A great location/cafe with the pure atmosphere, real nature inside a busy noisy & polluted city like HCMC. Supportive & very friendly staff! Reasonable price for all coffee & other drinks. Love to sit at grass area to see the squirrels climbing to the ground & enjoying the coconut rice (the staff put there for caring the squirrels) Cool air since a lot of trees! Spacious parking lot for cars & motorbikes.
